The CanoePolo wiki is a free public resource with the aim of distributing general information to the canoe polo community. All the pages herein are created and maintained by the community at large.

Whilst no formal policies and guidelines had been established. You are asked to use your best judgment guided these few considerations when contributing or editing content on the website.:

  1. Please don't massively change or delete an entry without first contacting the author.
  2. When referencing any other sources, please list the source.
  3. If you can't think of something nice to say, don't say it.
  4. If we feel this service is being abused, we reserve the right to block users.

  • Browse from the top category:Canoe Polo to find the right category.
  • Add new article to the right category.
  • If the category does not exist, create it.

[edit] Categorization guidelines

  • Every article should belong to at least one category.
  • Use category that best describe the topic.
  • Each article should not be in both a category and its subcategory.
  • Generally, the relationship between an article and its categories should be definable as "(Article) is a (category)": Australia is a Country, Ken is a Player.

Naming convention

  • Articles related to year or event should have a year category.
  • The top level category Category:Year is never used.
  • Create new year under the top category as needed.
